Inbound Loads/Truck Unloading

Inbound loads are unloaded on a first come, first served basis. Our unloading hours are from 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. All loads must be untarped before arriving at our gate and one of our forklift operators will inform you when to enter the yard.
Please do not park overnight with a load on as it is against Bylaw 5590. Any trucks not complying with the Bylaw will be asked to leave immediately with no exceptions and will not be allowed back to our facility for one week.
Due to the occasional high volume of inbound loads a lineup is sometimes needed. Please line up on the service road next to the highway (Yellowhead Trl NE) and follow traffic to our gate.
