Outbound Loads/Truck Loading

Outbound loads are done strictly by appointment only. Our loading hours are from 8:30AM - 2:30PM. Please call our office at 780-472-6606 to schedule a loading appointment. Please see the steps below for arrival and loading.

• Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment and park outside of either Gate 1 or 2.

• Call our office at 780-472-6606 for further instructions.

• Stay in your truck at all times until loading is finished unless the forklift operator instructs otherwise. A safety vest must be worn while outside your truck.

• After loading and strapping is finished, return to the spot where you first entered the yard and call the office for final paperwork.
